What is Jumeirah Beach Residence?

Jumeirah Beach Residence is a waterfront community on the Persian Gulf coast, within Dubai Marina, developed by Dubai Properties. Wikipedia says it was launched in August 2002 and completed in 2010, and counts 40 towers, 35 of them residential and five hotels, with 6,917 apartments. Its six residential blocks run from west to east as Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan.

Wikipedia puts the population at about 15,000 people. Dubai Holding, whose group includes Dubai Properties, describes JBR as a beachfront community mixing residences, hotels, dining and retail along The Walk.

What is The Walk and how do people reach it?

The Walk is JBR's 1.7 km promenade of shops, cafés and restaurants, laid out at ground and plaza level. Dubai Holding's retail page says it offers more than 280 shops, cafés and international restaurants, and Wikipedia says it was finished by 2007 and officially opened in August 2008. The Beach JBR, a separate beachfront complex, states on its own site that it is managed by Merex Investment Group.

For transport, Wikipedia's Dubai Tram article lists two JBR stops, JBR 1 and JBR 2, and says the tram links to the DMCC and Sobha Realty stations of the Dubai Metro Red Line. The tram opened to the public on 12 November 2014.

Who visits a JBR business website?

A JBR website usually serves three audiences at once: people on the promenade, residents of the towers and hotel guests. The sources describe a place built from residences, five hotels, dining and retail, so all three exist; we found no verified data on their proportions or search habits.

How is a JBR business licensed?

Licensing in JBR depends on a company's activity and its licensing authority, not on the JBR address. The Dubai government portal says the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) manages mainland licensing and that each free zone has its own regulators. 4. How to ask: a WhatsApp button and a short enquiry form.

Local map listings are an option only if you have real premises in JBR. Without them, clear service pages do the work.
