This policy explains which personal data Tuba Yazılım, the operator of Tooba Web, processes when you visit toobaweb.com or contact us, and which rights you have.
The Tooba Web website has one quote form but no accounts, advertising pixels, analytics scripts or cookies set by us. The personal data we handle comes from your own messages on WhatsApp, email or the quote form, and from standard server access logs. Tuba Yazılım in Istanbul is the data controller. Who is responsible for your data?
Tuba Yazılım, based in Istanbul, Turkey, is the data controller for toobaweb.com. Tooba Web is one of its brands. We have no office, staff or business address in the UAE.

What data does this website collect?
The site collects very little. The table lists everything we process and why.

The quote form sends your details by email to info@tubayazilim.com.tr and keeps a copy on our own server; it sets no cookies and uses a spam check that does not track you. The site has no user accounts, no analytics or advertising tags and no social-media widgets, so none of that data exists. If this changes we will update this page first.
What happens when you click a WhatsApp button?
Clicking a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a short pre-filled message. From then on the conversation runs on WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta and applies its own terms and privacy policy.
We see your number, the name on your profile and what you write. We use it to answer you and to prepare a quote. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Does the site use cookies or third-party services?
We do not set cookies and the pages load no third-party scripts or fonts. Some links lead to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps (the link to our parent company's reviews) and tubayazilim.com.tr. Those services have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.
How long do we keep data and who receives it?
We keep messages for as long as the enquiry or project needs and as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for the period set by Turkish law, including Law No. 5651. We do not sell personal data.
We share data only with providers we need to run the site and email, such as hosting, and with authorities when the law requires it. Because we work from Türkiye and WhatsApp runs on Meta's systems, your data can be processed outside your own country.
What are your rights?
Under Article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and give you information about it;
- explain the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly;
- name the third parties it is transferred to, at home or abroad;
- correct incomplete or wrong data;
- delete or destroy it where the conditions of the law are met;
- object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
If you are in the UAE you may also have rights under the UAE personal data protection rules; confirm the details with a lawyer. Write to info@tubayazilim.com.tr with your request. We answer as soon as possible and within the period the law sets.
Children, security and changes
Our services are for businesses and are not aimed at children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email info@tubayazilim.com.tr and we will assess and, where needed, delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS and our data stays on our own servers, but no transmission over the internet is risk-free, so share only what is needed. We publish changes to this policy on this page; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
Frequently asked questions
Does Tooba Web track visitors?
No. The site loads no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts and sets no cookies. The only automatic record is the standard server access log that every web server keeps for security and legal reasons. If we add measurement later we will update this policy before doing so.
Can I ask you to delete my WhatsApp or email messages?
Yes. Write to info@tubayazilim.com.tr and say which conversation you mean. We will review the request, delete what we are not required to keep, and tell you what remains and why, for example information we must keep under a legal obligation or for an invoice.
Is my information shared with advertisers?
No. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We share information only with providers needed to run the site and email, and with authorities when the law requires it. WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, handles the messages you send through it.
