Clinic Website Design for Medical, Dental and Aesthetic Practices
A clinic website has one job before any other: help a worried or curious person decide whether they can trust you enough to call. We design clinic sites from scratch, remotely from Istanbul, around that decision.
A good clinic website shows who the doctors are, what each service involves, where the clinic is and how to book in one tap, in English and Arabic. Tooba Web designs and builds these sites as custom projects, not templates, and keeps the claims on the page modest and checkable.

What patients look for on a clinic website
People rarely read a clinic site from top to bottom. They scan for a few answers, and if one is missing they go elsewhere. Plan the first screen around these:
- Which specialities and treatments you offer, in plain words rather than internal jargon.
- Who the doctors are, and which languages they speak.
- Where the clinic is, how to reach it, and the opening days and hours.
- A phone number and a WhatsApp button that work on a phone without zooming.
- Insurance information, only where the front desk can confirm it.
Doctor profiles that earn trust
Give every doctor their own page. Use a real, recent photograph, the full professional name, speciality, languages, and a short biography in normal sentences. Add qualifications and licence details only as the doctor or the licensing authority records them, and ask the doctor to approve the final wording.
Avoid words such as "best", "leading" or "number one". They are hard to prove and can cause problems with advertising rules. A calm description of training and areas of interest is more convincing anyway.
Service pages: one treatment, one page
A single "Services" list with one-line items does little for visitors. Give each main treatment a page with a consistent structure:
- What the treatment or check-up is, in everyday language.
- Who it is usually suitable for, and who should speak to a doctor first.
- What happens at the first visit, step by step.
- How to prepare, and what general aftercare the clinic will explain.
- A few real questions patients ask, answered by your clinical team.
Do not promise outcomes, and do not publish before-and-after claims. Describe the process honestly and let the consultation decide the plan.
Booking by WhatsApp or phone
For most clinics, the simplest booking path is a call button and a WhatsApp button that opens a ready-typed message, such as a request for an appointment with a named doctor. We do not build online shops or payment checkouts. If your clinic already uses a booking system, we link to it from the relevant buttons instead of replacing it.
Ask patients to keep medical details for the consultation, not the first chat message.
English and Arabic versions
Arabic pages need right-to-left layout, correctly mirrored navigation and proper Arabic typography, not just translated text. Our Arabic text is produced with AI assistance and then edited. For medical wording, we recommend that a doctor or qualified translator on your side reads every Arabic treatment page before it goes live.
Privacy, cookies and advertising rules
Health information is sensitive, and healthcare advertising is regulated differently from ordinary business advertising. Rules can depend on the emirate and on the health authority that licenses you. We cannot give legal advice. Before launch, confirm with your health authority or a lawyer:
- What your advertising and website content must or must not include, and whether approvals are needed.
- How the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and any health-data rules affect enquiry forms, WhatsApp use and analytics.
- Whether a cookie banner and privacy notice are required, and what they should say.
We will build the pages and placeholders you need. The wording and approvals are yours to confirm.
How a remote clinic project runs
We work from Istanbul, one hour behind the UAE and without daylight saving on either side, so calls fit comfortably inside your working day. We agree the scope on WhatsApp, hold a video call with the clinic manager, then share working drafts. You supply photographs, doctor approvals and service descriptions; we handle design, build, hosting and SSL setup. We have no UAE office.
Common mistakes we see on clinic sites
- Stock photos instead of the real clinic and team.
- Treatment pages that are copied from another clinic.
- No named doctor on the booking message, so staff must ask again.

Frequently asked questions
Can you show before-and-after photos on my aesthetic clinic site?
We recommend against building pages around before-and-after claims or promised results. Advertising rules for healthcare differ and are enforced by the health authority, so confirm with them what is allowed for your licence.
Do you build an online appointment system?
We build the website and the call and WhatsApp booking path. If you already use a booking tool, we can link to it. Bespoke software is a separate discussion through our custom software service.
Who writes the medical content?
Your clinical team should supply or approve it. We structure the pages, edit for clarity and readability, and flag anything that sounds like a promise.
Do you have an office in the UAE?
No. Tooba Web is a brand of Tuba Yazılım in Istanbul and works fully remotely, by WhatsApp and video call.
