The emirates we serve, remotely from Istanbul

Tooba Web works with businesses in every UAE emirate, from Istanbul, with no office in any of them.

Short answer

Tooba Web serves businesses in all seven UAE emirates remotely from Istanbul, where Tuba Yazılım is based, one hour behind the UAE. We have no office, staff or address in any emirate. Each location page below covers the local economy, zones and website needs from verified facts.

Which emirates do we serve?

We serve all seven. Six joined the UAE on 2 December 1971; Ras Al Khaimah followed on 10 February 1972.

How do these location pages work?

Each location page rests on checked local facts. Four rules apply.

  1. Every page lists the sources we opened.
  2. Figures appear only where we checked the source.
  3. We never claim a presence in the place; work is delivered from Istanbul.
  4. Legal points stay general: confirm with the relevant authority or a lawyer.

We skip districts and neighbourhoods unless we can meet the same standard.

How do mainland and free zone licences differ across the UAE?

A UAE mainland licence comes from the emirate's economic department, while a free zone licence comes from the zone's own authority. The UAE government portal says free zone companies are outside mainland jurisdiction, and direct mainland sales generally need mainland licences, approvals or a licensed distributor.

Confirm anything affecting your legal position with the relevant authority or a lawyer.

What do most UAE business websites need, wherever they are?

Most UAE business websites need English, optional Arabic and a prominent WhatsApp route. Arabic is the official language and English the most used in business. A 2024 YouGov survey of 1,000 UAE residents for Zbooni found 65% had used WhatsApp to ask a business about a product or service.

A vendor funded it, so treat it as indicative. Local SEO is offered only to businesses with a real local presence. We do not build online shops. See our services.

How does remote delivery work across emirates?

Remote delivery works the same way everywhere: WhatsApp, email and short calls. Istanbul is UTC+3, the UAE UTC+4.

WhatsApp is +90 216 393 10 07, and payment is by invoice and bank transfer.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have offices in the UAE?

No. Tooba Web is a brand of Tuba Yazılım, based in Istanbul and founded in 2024. We have no office, staff, address or Google Business Profile in any emirate, and every project is delivered remotely by calls, WhatsApp and email from Istanbul.

Why do the emirate pages differ so much?

Because the emirates really differ: Fujairah is built around a Gulf of Oman port, Ras Al Khaimah around ceramics and quarrying, Sharjah around industry and culture. We write each page from its own verified facts, not from one template with a new name.

Can you serve a company in a place that is not listed?

Yes. Location pages cover places where we have verified detail, but we can build a website for any business in the UAE or elsewhere. Message us on WhatsApp with your emirate, your location, your activity and the audience you want to reach, and we will reply.

Where do the facts on these pages come from?

From public sources we opened: government portals, free zone websites and reference works, listed on each page. Where sources disagreed, or a zone reported its own figures, we say so or leave the figure out rather than guess, so you can judge the weight of each claim.

Is the information on licensing legal advice?

No. We describe licensing only generally, to explain how it affects website wording. Rules, fees and permitted activities change, so confirm anything that affects your company with the relevant authority or a lawyer. Our pages give background for planning a website, not legal advice.
