Websites for companies based in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah
Hamriyah is an industrial free zone built around a deep-water port, so a company there is likely to be judged on capability before anyone picks up the phone.

Hamriyah Free Zone is an industrial and trading free zone in Sharjah, created by Emiri decree on 12 November 1995 and run by the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority around a deep-water port. A company website there should work like a capability statement: what you make or handle, what you can document, and how to send a quote request. Tooba Web builds it remotely from Istanbul.

What is Hamriyah Free Zone and where does it sit?
Hamriyah Free Zone is a port-based free zone in Sharjah, created by Emiri decree on 12 November 1995 and run by the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA). Wikipedia places it on the border between Sharjah and Ajman and describes its offer as offices, warehouses and land. The u.ae portal lists HFZA among the three free zone authorities it names for Sharjah.
A Sharjah24 article of September 2025 describes the zone's port as 14 metres deep, with a 7-metre inner harbour, and mentions an HFZA Global Logistics Park. A different Sharjah free zone, SAIF Zone, sits beside the airport instead.
Which sectors does Hamriyah say it serves?
HFZA describes six sectors: oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, a food park, maritime industry, a global logistics park and an accelerator hub. A Gulf News GN Focus feature of 1 July 2026, drawing on HFZA's own description, also names three licence types: commercial, industrial and service.
The same feature says more than 6,500 companies operate in the zone, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to small and medium firms. Because it is the zone's own account, treat that number as a claim to be dated, not as an audited count.
Why do published size figures for Hamriyah differ?
Published area figures for Hamriyah do not agree, which is a reason not to copy one onto your own website. Wikipedia gives 24 square kilometres, a Gulf News article last updated in 2008 gave about 10 million square metres of industrial and commercial land, and the 2026 feature says 30 million square metres. The zone may have grown, or the sources may measure differently; we cannot tell which.
If your pages mention the zone's size, tenant numbers or port depth, cite the authority's current figure with the date you read it, or leave the figure out. Your own capacity, such as floor area, tonnes handled or production lines, is stronger evidence than the zone's.
What should an industrial company's website show?
A Hamriyah industrial website should answer a procurement officer's first checks without a phone call. The table pairs each check with a page element.
| Buyer question | Website answer |
|---|---|
| What do you make, store or handle? | Product or service pages with specifications and typical applications |
| Can you prove quality? | Certificates you hold, with issuer and validity dates |
| Can you handle my volume? | Capacity facts you can document, and project descriptions you may publish |
| How do I ask for a price? | A quote form that accepts drawings, plus WhatsApp |
Pages should load quickly on a phone and read clearly in English first. Arabic and other languages can follow where your buyers need them.
What can a Hamriyah website say about licences?
It can state your licence category and activities as written, and should not imply wider permission. HFZA is the licensing body inside the zone, and the u.ae portal says a free zone licence application is made on the zone authority's own website, while Sharjah's mainland licences come from its Economic Development Department. Whether a Hamriyah company may sell or tender outside the zone is a question for HFZA or a lawyer.
Avoid the HFZA logo and any wording that suggests endorsement. Say that you are licensed in the zone, not that the zone recommends you.
How does remote delivery from Istanbul work for a Hamriyah company?
We deliver Hamriyah projects from Istanbul in a few online steps. Tooba Web has no UAE office, staff, address or Google Business Profile, and no connection with HFZA. We cannot visit the zone, so your photographs and documents carry real weight.
- You send a brief, licence wording, drawings and certificates by WhatsApp (+90 216 393 10 07) or email.
- We share a design draft as a link and talk it through on a video call; Istanbul is one hour behind the UAE.
- You mark changes, we revise, and the round repeats until you approve.
- We launch the site, and you can add hosting and SSL or maintenance. Payment is by invoice and bank transfer.
Frequently asked questions
When was Hamriyah Free Zone established?
It was set up by Emiri decree on 12 November 1995, according to Wikipedia's article on the emirate of Sharjah and a Gulf News article last updated in 2008. The Hamriyah Free Zone Authority runs it. Quote the date if you wish, but take any size, tenant or port figures from the authority's current material and add the date you read them.
What is the link between the free zone and Hamriyah Port?
Wikipedia says Hamriyah Port is located in the free zone and describes it as a deep-water seaport. Sharjah24 reported in September 2025 that the zone's port is 14 metres deep with a 7-metre inner harbour. Details such as berths and cargo types should be confirmed with the authority before a website repeats them.
Can a Hamriyah quote form accept drawings and specification files?
Yes. We can build quote forms that accept files such as drawings and specifications and pass them to your email or WhatsApp. We do not build online shops, so there is no cart or card payment. Pricing, contracts and delivery terms stay in your own process, which suits custom industrial orders.
Do you have an office in Hamriyah or Sharjah?
No. Tooba Web is a brand of Tuba Yazılım in Istanbul and works remotely. We have no office, staff, address or Google Business Profile in Hamriyah, Sharjah or anywhere in the UAE, and we do not claim to have visited the zone. We rely on the documents and photographs you provide.
Is Google Ads worthwhile for a Hamriyah industrial supplier?
It can be, if buyers search for what you supply. We manage Google Ads against a budget and goals you set in writing, and we cannot promise enquiries. Industrial search volumes are often small, so the first step is to check which terms real buyers use before any money is spent.
