Hotel, Guesthouse and Holiday Home Website Design
Guests choose where to stay by comparing rooms, photographs and location. Your own site should make that comparison easy and send them to you, not away from you.
A hotel website should present each room clearly, show the location honestly, and offer a simple way to enquire or book. Tooba Web designs these as custom sites. Bookings go through WhatsApp or your existing booking engine, since we do not build online shops or payment systems.

Room pages: one room type, one page
Guests want to know exactly what they are getting. Each room type needs its own page with:
- Bed configuration and maximum guests.
- Room size, floor or view type where it is true for every room of that type.
- Facilities listed in plain words, such as kitchenette, balcony or workspace.
- Photographs of the actual room, including the bathroom.
- Any difference between room types that people often confuse.
Do not use one photograph for several room categories. A guest who feels misled on arrival is harder to win back than one who simply chose another property.
Galleries that help decisions
A gallery with fifty similar pictures is less helpful than twelve well-chosen ones. Group them by room, shared areas, exterior and surroundings, and add a short caption. We compress images for fast loading on hotel Wi-Fi and on mobile data, and check that large photographs do not slow the first screen.
Location information guests can trust
Describe the surroundings from the guest's point of view: how to reach the property from the airport, the nearest metro or taxi point, what is within walking distance, and any practical points such as parking. Embed a map and write directions in text too. Check every distance and journey time yourself, because the owner knows the area better than any copy we could write.
Booking enquiries and your existing engine
We do not build online shops, payment gateways or booking engines. There are two sensible routes:
- Enquiry by WhatsApp. A button opens a message that asks for dates, number of guests and room type. Reception or the owner replies with availability and confirms the details.
- Link to your booking engine. If you already use a channel manager or booking tool, the site links to it from the room pages so the guest lands on the right room.
Whichever route you choose, state the practical policies on the site: check-in and check-out times, cancellation terms, deposit handling, children and pets.
Multilingual guests
Guests come from many countries. We write the site in English and Arabic, with Arabic set right-to-left, and the Arabic is AI-assisted and edited. If you need another language, tell us at the start so we can say honestly whether we can cover it or whether you should arrange a translator for those pages.
Local rules for accommodation providers
Hotels, guesthouses and holiday homes in the UAE operate under local licensing and classification rules, and these differ by emirate. Some require a licence or permit reference to appear in advertising. We cannot advise on legal requirements, so confirm with the tourism authority that licenses you, or with a lawyer, what your site must display, how star or class labels may be used, and which privacy or cookie notices apply to guest enquiries.
Do not publish guest reviews or ratings unless they are genuine, attributable and used with permission.
Working with us from a distance
Tooba Web is run from Istanbul, one hour behind the UAE. We have no UAE office, so site visits do not happen; instead you send photographs, floor plans and policies, and we hold video calls for walkthroughs of the drafts. Changes are gathered in one list per round, and we handle hosting and SSL setup at launch.

Frequently asked questions
Can guests book and pay directly on the website?
Not through a system we build. Guests enquire on WhatsApp or are sent to the booking engine you already use.
Do you manage listings on travel platforms?
No. We design and build your own website and can add search optimisation, but we do not run listings on third-party platforms.
Can the site suit a single holiday home?
Yes. A compact site can cover one property with a gallery, facilities, location and an enquiry button.
Who checks the licence information?
You do. Confirm the requirements with your licensing authority, and we place the details where they should appear.
How do you keep photographs fast?
We resize and compress them, load below-the-fold images later and keep the first screen light.
