Who do these terms apply to?

These terms apply to anyone who uses toobaweb.com, which is operated by Tuba Yazılım in Istanbul, Turkey, under the Tooba Web brand. By continuing to use the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They are not a project contract. Work for a client follows the written quote and our Service Terms. Personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy.

What is the information on the site?

The pages and guides are general information. They do not take your business, sector or website into account and are not legal, financial, tax or technical advice.

Search engines, advertising platforms and regulations change, so a page can become out of date after publication. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Before a decision with serious consequences, such as advertising rules or data protection, check the current official source or ask a qualified adviser. We do not promise that the information is complete or error-free; if you spot a mistake, please tell us.

Are the sample designs real?

No. The sample designs in the gallery and on the sector pages are fictional. The businesses, people and brands in them are invented, and any resemblance to a real business is accidental.

They show the kind of layout we can draw. A real project is designed from scratch for your business. You may not copy, resell or present the sample designs as your own work or as ours.

Who owns the content?

The text, images, logo, layouts and code of the site belong to Tuba Yazılım or the relevant rights holder and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, publish or distribute them without written permission, except where the law allows quotation.

Short quotations are fine if you name Tooba Web and link to the page you quote. You do not need permission to link to our pages. The Google reviews shown on the site belong to their authors; the translations are ours.

What counts as acceptable use?

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to harm others.
• Do not send automated, bulk or excessive requests, or try to gain unauthorised access.
• Do not present yourself as Tooba Web or imply that we endorse you or your product.
• Respect the robots.txt file when you crawl the site.

What are the limits of our liability?

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Tuba Yazılım is not liable for decisions you make from general information on the site, for third-party content, or for indirect loss caused by the site being unavailable. Nothing on the site promises rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent or gross negligence, and it does not remove consumer rights that apply by law. We may be unable to keep the site available at all times because of maintenance, infrastructure problems or events beyond our control.

Which law applies, and how do we change these terms?

Turkish law applies to these terms and to disputes about the site. Where the law leaves the parties free to choose, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory jurisdiction rules, including consumer protections, remain in force.
