Last updated:
What to put in your first message
- Your business name and what it does.
- Your current website link, if you have one, or the social page you use now.
- What you want the website to achieve, in your own words.
- Your deadline, if there is a real one (for example an opening date).
- Languages needed: English, Arabic or both.
- Examples of sites you like, with a note on what you like about them.
What happens next
- We read your message and reply on WhatsApp, usually with a few clarifying questions.
- If a call helps, we arrange a short video call.
- We confirm the scope in writing and send a quote on WhatsApp.
- Once you accept, we agree the invoice and start the work.
- We share drafts, collect your changes in rounds and finish with hosting and SSL setup.
Response times and working hours
We cannot promise an exact response time, but we aim to reply during our normal working day. Istanbul is one hour behind the UAE and neither observes daylight saving, so you should rarely wait because of the time zone. If you need a call, suggest two times that suit you.
Before you message us
You do not need a finished brief or a technical vocabulary. A few sentences and a link are enough, and we will ask for anything missing. If you already have a logo, photographs or written text, mention it, because that shapes how much preparation your side needs.
Payment
We invoice and accept bank transfer (IBAN and SWIFT), or card payment (Visa or Mastercard) through PayTR, our payment provider. The method, the payment details and the schedule are agreed with you on WhatsApp before any work begins. We do not ask for payment details in a first message, so please do not send bank or card details in the chat.
