Sources disagree on the community's size, with Nakheel and Khaleej Times giving different hectare figures, so we quote none. Wikipedia's article on Al Barsha names Jumeirah Village Circle as a southern neighbour of that district.
How many people live in JVC, and what is nearby?
Nakheel said in April 2021 that 95,000 residents lived in Jumeirah Village Circle, a figure that will have changed since. Its press release of 8 April 2021 on Circle Mall's soft launch says the mall spans 532,000 square feet and serves a core catchment of 230,000 residents. Public references from Nakheel's pages include:

Jumeirah Village Triangle is a separate community, so an address should never use the two names interchangeably. Khaleej Times also calls it the neighbouring community.
